Shipping Policies

WE USE A FLAT RATE SHIPPING FEE OF $6.99

Because we want your experience with KrazyKidsBedding to be a simple and enjoyable one, we charge a flat rate of $6.99 for any order of any size to a Continental U.S. street address. Compare our total cost with others and you will find you get the best quality at a great price right here.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canadian orders will be shipped for a flat rate of $19.99.  Canadian customers Please Note: You must use PayPal to make purchases.

Our goal is to ship all orders in full within 5 business days. Depending on your location they will arrive at your home within 5 to 10 business days from the time you placed your order. We normally ship using UPS.

Because we support our military families we do ship to APO and FPO boxes via the USPS at the same rates previously quoted.


Return Policy

Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be made minus any shipping, handling, or freight charges. Any items that are on Special or Final Sale will not be returnable. Customers are responsible for the return of any product. Items must be unopened or in resalable condition.  If the merchandise is not in its original packaging or in resalable condition you will be notified and no credit will be issued.  All decisions on merchandise condition are final.  We strongly suggest that you use insurance on all returns. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions via email at support@krazykidsbedding.com .

Backorder Policy

If you have ordered an item that is on back order we will notify you within three business days of the order and find the best resolution for the order. We ship all orders in full only.

Damaged Goods Policy

All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Sparrows’ Flight, Inc. Krazy Kid Bedding is not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Krazy Kids Bedding at no charge.

CANCELLATIONS  

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please call 1-866-476-0868 or email support@krazykidsbedding.com to cancel an order.
